Payment and terms
How do I pay?
By Swiss QR-bill or bank transfer, in CHF, EUR or USD. For projects: 50% before the start, 50% at launch. Monthly services are billed monthly.
Is the price final?
The package price is fixed for the scope described in the offer. If you want more pages or features, we estimate them in advance — nothing is billed without your approval.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown excl. VAT. If VAT applies, it is shown separately on the invoice.
Can I cancel monthly services?
Monthly packages have no long-term lock-in. The notice period is agreed in the contract.
What does the process audit cost?
CHF 290. If you then order the automation, the full amount is credited.
